Ricky was 1 of 6 kittens from a feral cat colony that were kidnapped and tamed down. All of his sisters and brothers have been adopted now. Ricky is a very handsome boy and quite large. He has a VERY long tail and striking markings. His hairs are black at the base and then change colors as they get closer to the tip. Ricky will need a very special family. Although he is mostly tame, he is not very social. He will hide when visitors come over. He loves to get in bed with me in the morning and get lots of loving. However, he usually becomes almost invisible the rest of the day. Sometimes, he will come out in the evenings to play and he is very active at night. Lately, he has been coming out in the evenings and hanging out on the couch with me. He loves to chase our cats up and down the hall. He is still spooky, too, and does not like fast actions or loud noises. Ricky loves other cats and doesn't seem to mind the family dog and will sometimes rub up against the dog. He is mostly indoors, but has ventured outside from time to time, but does not go far - he stays in the fenced yard and barely goes beyond the deck. He will probably be more comfortable as an indoor only kitty, but loves to sit in the window and check out the birds and other cats outside.
